Justin Timberlake’s wife is such an advocate of the practice that she wants to start a movement about eating and showering. “I really want to start a movement, an eating in the shower movement. I think for people who multitask, it will be a relief in many ways,” Biel joked on her TikTok.

Always humorous, but very serious, Jessica explains to her followers some “rules” to follow to make eating in the shower comfortable. From having a shelf, something “really useful”, where you can place the cup or yogurt. To “take a bite or a sip and put it on the shelf, and then you do your thing. You wash your hair, no soap…that’s important. It’s very simple, guys. You can do it. I find it deeply satisfying,” he explains in detail.
Of course, among the cons Biel explains, you have to be careful when you’re chewing because “you have to keep your mouth closed. I still like to get under the water while chewing and, for whatever reason, I want to open my mouth at the same time and spit out water,” the actress continues.
