The gastronomic journey of Wine Dinners, which will take place in different areas of the luxury hotel, is based on a series of paired dinners that will take place until June next year with prestigious national and international wineries.

The award-winning chef Jesús Sánchez, with three Michelin stars, three Repsol Suns and a Green Star, will once again reflect his culinary talent for this second proposal, with which he transits from the sea to the mountains through a very subtle and fresh cuisine.

After its successful debut on October 10, Rosewood Villa Magna presents the second installment of this gastronomic project created for wine and fine dining lovers, orchestrated around seven dates, seven menus, seven wineries, and different areas of the hotel. On November 14, with the Amós restaurant as the setting, the best wines from Bodegas Hispanos Suizas will accompany an exclusive menu created by chef Jesús Sánchez.

Under the title ‘The Mediterranean at its best‘, the evening will serve the most significant wines of Bodegas Hispanos Suiza to show the new character of the freshness of the Mediterranean.

The wines selected by Rosewood Villa Magna’s globally recognized sommelier will include Impromptu Rosé, best rosé wine in Spain, Bassus Finca Casilla Herrera, best red wine in Spain, and Tantum Ergo Vintage, one of the best cavas in the country.
