From April 27 to 30, Palma’s Moll Vell hosts the Palma International Boat Show, one of the most important boat shows in the Mediterranean. This year it will bring together 271 companies, 600 boats (250 at sea) and all this in 81,000 square meters. As always, sailboats will be the real protagonists, with one of the largest exhibitions of this type of boats in Europe, especially of large length. To complete a luxury nautical experience, we recommend 5 restaurants in Mallorca where you can enjoy a meal to match.

Clandestí Taller Gastronómico

An old garage with a table for twelve diners is the perfect setting to try the menus prepared by Pau Navarro and Ariadna Salvador, who are the owners and chefs of Clandestí Taller Gastronòmic. Market and seasonal cuisine, prepared with a lot of rock and roll. Avant-garde interpretations of traditional dishes with a deep respect for the product. An unforgettable gastronomic experience in a setting that is far from the usual restaurant.

Beatnik

Beatnik’s cuisine is, one could say, nomadic, mischievous and fun, revisiting dishes and gastronomic traditions from different countries around the world. A menu designed by chef León Altamirano that investigates the power of spices and the capabilities of different textures to make the most of the flavor of each of his dishes. Taking advantage of the quality of the local and sustainable product that Mallorca and the rest of the Balearic Islands have. Very good cocktail menu to round off this new culinary experience in Palma.
