Today and tomorrow -14th and 15th November- Palma de Mallorca will be the setting for a dinner and a Forbes Master Class in honour of the 10th anniversary of Forbes in Spain. The Balearic city thus joins Las Palmas de Gran Canarias, Badajoz and Malaga in hosting the celebration of the influential brand’s tenth anniversary in our country with the aim of calling for a global conversation, looking back with one eye on the present and looking forward to the future.

In order to discover new gastronomic spaces during the event, we present a selection of restaurants that dance between tradition and the avant-garde, both in the city centre and in the different villages that make up the island.

In the Santa Catalina area is Spot, from the Tragaluz group: a restaurant that evokes the spirit of the Côte d’Azur in the 1970s, where you can enjoy the fusion cuisine with Mediterranean and Japanese influences that identify it in dishes such as Japanese red tuna tacos or its crispy Peking-style duck with wafers, amidst a cosmopolitan atmosphere fused with the personality of the island.
