The renowned Parisian salon will feature WE ARE ONA during the second edition of its design fair, once again pushing the boundaries between culinary art and performance. The space, conceived by celebrated designer Willo Perron, will serve as the backdrop for an unforgettable dining experience offered by the 360º culinary creative studio that designs ephemeral experiences, erects installations and creates emotional connections between brands and their audiences.
Luca Pronzato, a Parisian of Italian origin, is the ideologist behind this nomadic movement that opened its doors to the world in 2019. A concept that could belong more to the future than to the present, inhabited by a whole wave of chefs, producers and sommeliers united by creativity and fantasy around gastronomy.
Now, a new installation is taking place under the culinary direction of Luca Pronzato, with the participation of chef Imogen Kwok, who has been commissioned to create two innovative tasting menus. Imogen’s work is known for integrating food and design, blurring the lines between sculpture and food through trompe l’oeil, textural sensibility and geometric forms.
Diners wishing to indulge in this arty experience can opt for a 6-course lunch or an 8-course dinner, both of which will take about two hours over the idyllic passageway of the Jardin des Tuileries.
