From haute cuisine gastronomy from renowned chefs such as Jean Imbert, to timeless cuvées from cellar master Didier Mariotti, with permanent views of the surrounding passageway: champagne house Veuve Clicquot is once again partnering with Belmond to devise three journeys for 2024 to guarantee ‘the experience of a lifetime’.

Two years ago, Veuve Clicquot and Belmond Trains -part of luxury conglomerate LVMH Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy- organised a luxury journey from Reims to Venice on Belmond’s Venice Simplon-Orient-Express.

Now, they have come up with new high-end experiences for next year: three trips on three different continents. The first is a three-night journey on the Eastern & Oriental Express from Singapore to Penang and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), featuring ‘activities’ such as a champagne toast in the Penang Hill Biosphere Reserve and a gala dinner on board the train on the last night before arriving in Kuala Lumpur.

The second, departing from Vienna on 4 July 2024 and arriving in Reims on the 6th, will embark travellers on a dinner at the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express hosted by French chef and Veuve Clicquot ambassador Jean Imbert.

Finally, between 21-26 October 2024, Veuve Clicquot will offer for the first time in its history a three-night trip from Cusco (Peru) to Arequipa (Peru) with experiences such as a stay at Belmond’s five-star Palacio Nazarenas in Cusco, in an ‘oxygen-enriched suite’.

To no one’s surprise, these trips will be limited to the upper echelons of society with prices starting at £6,800 per passenger, double occupancy.
