Van Leeuwen is once again subverting the traditional ice cream parlour with new flavours that are eccentric and unusual in equal parts. Now, for the new season, it is bringing back its successful ‘Kraft Mac & Cheese‘ flavour, which debuted in July 2021 to celebrate National Mac & Cheese Day.
Due to the success and virality of this iteration, it now returns for the fourth time, to coexist in the same range with other ‘weird’ ice creams inspired by savoury foods such as the sweet and sour flavoured ‘Dill Pickle‘.
Beyond those ice creams, Van Leeuwen is offering five other limited-edition flavours this winter: Peppermint Stick, mint and caramel; Caramel Sticky Bun, cinnamon bun and caramel; Peanut Butter Fudge Pretzel with praline pretzel and caramel; Kettle Corn, corn and butter; and finally, Holiday Cookies & Cream, a red cream-filled ice cream with green icing and dark chocolate biscuit pieces.
All of these flavours will be available at Walmart only from 23 October to 26 December.
