If a few days ago the restaurant Tripea presented the new ‘definitive’ menu for its premises in the Vallehermoso Market, now the concept created by chef Roberto Martínez has just announced a collaboration with the Only You Boutique Hotel, located in Chueca, where it will install a temporary pop up exclusively focused on a gastro proposal based on ceviches and Peruvian food.
Specially designed to be shared, this fresh new proposal inspired by authentic Peruvian cevicherías, will be available for lunch and dinner from May 24 through July 30. Diners will enjoy Roberto Martínez’s creations in an idyllic setting: the hotel’s interior courtyard inside a completely renovated 19th century mansion.
Peruvian dishes you can try
Many of the recipes that will be served in this temporary pop up are unique creations that can only be tasted at the Only You Boutique. The menu designed for this special occasion consists of 10 dishes -6 cold dishes, 2 hot dishes and 2 desserts- where the product will have great presence: tuna, scallops, oysters, or mussels are some of the main ingredients of this cocktail of flavors that will take you directly to Peru from the heart of Madrid.
Among the ceviches you will have the opportunity to taste are the tuna ceviche, leche tigre mango, avocado, criolla, creamy sweet potato, shisho, squid chicharrón; the sautéed shrimp ceviche, leche tigre rocoto and piquillos, canchita, cooked corn, criolla, roasted avocado, keffir, Chinese onion; or the Veggie ceviche with leche tigre avocado, quinoa, portobello, broccoli, baby carrot, radishes, cherry tomato, strawberries, banana chips.
In addition, other typical specialties such as scallops tiradito with yellow chili tiger milk, oysters, mussels a la chalaca, chicken chili croquette or causa limeña with octopus anticuchado will also be available.
Regarding the liquid proposal, in addition to the usual drinks and cocktails menu of Padrino Cocktail Bar, Roberto Martínez’s team offers two special cocktails to make the Tripea experience a complete one.
