The iconic restaurant that gives its name to the restaurant group, known for fusing high-end proposals with an elevated design, now opens the doors of Tragaluz in the heart of Salamanca (Madrid).
After the success of Bar Tomate, Bosco de Lobos and Luzi Bombón, TRAGALUZ Madrid is presented as the new trendy place to escape to in the capital. Based on a concept similar to that of Bosco de Lobos, this restaurant offers a Mediterranean-inspired proposal with Italian influences.

The menu features dishes such as San Marzano tomatoes with roasted eggplant and sunflower seed pesto or sea bass with white asparagus puree, oyster leaf and radishes. Among the pastas, the maccheroncini with fennel, kalamata, semi-dried tomato, burrata and lemon, and the pappardelle with cow’s tail ragu stand out.
Design and gastronomy
The design of Tragaluz this time has been in charge of the interior designer Eduardo Arruga of Estudio Lucca. He has been in charge of creating the aesthetics of the whole project, which dazzles with its large skylight, a central bar with an open kitchen and a cozy garden surrounded by greenery.

The interior, where the bar is located, has been conceived as an intimate space that evokes the warmth of a house through monochromatic tones and elements such as huge bookcases recovered from the eighteenth century, a closet with antique doors, a huge velvet sofa and a bar, just like at home.
Meanwhile, in the main room under the skylight, its large bar is arranged, as well as its pleasant garden with tables, chairs and armchairs made of wood or slate, reinforcing the harmony between design and gastronomy.

The opening of Tragaluz opens a new era in the history of the Tragaluz Group in its commitment to quality, design and its connection with the Mediterranean flavors that have made it a global benchmark in the restaurant industry.
