For grill lovers there is an unbeatable plan coming up. On February 19 and 20 there will be a special six-handed menu that will bring together the restaurants Elkano (Guetaria, Guipúzcoa), Triciclo (Madrid) and Lana (Madrid) around the grill and in a unique location, Villa Verbena, the gastronomic hotspot of Casa de Campo. This spectacular encounter will have the grill as the protagonist in a menu designed by this trio for the exclusive occasion, where diners will be able to enjoy the seal of each team in the 9 passes that make up the experience.
In addition, the evening will begin with an aperitif served by Villa Verbena and overlooking the Casa de Campo lake. During this six-handed menu, elaborations such as a lobster anti-salpicon, a pine nut, green apple and herbs sea urchin or a chop tartar will be served.
There will also be room for a kokotxa -grilled or pilpil-, a caviar sweetbread, a marrow, tear pea with Sanlúcar lace, or potatoes with black truffle and langoustine. The main course will come with turbot and wagyu steak eye or chops. To put the final touch with a sweet taste, diners will be able to enjoy an ice cream of sheep’s milk -cooked on the grill and with truffle- and chocolate.
