Pastazerts has revolutionised the algorithm with their sweet pasta creations, which are proliferating on the web due to their innovative and creative nature. From this idea or concept, they create countless dishes such as ravioli with multiple flavour variations.

The brand was founded and developed by entrepreneur Stephanie Berwick and chef Joel Rumpf. Both live in New York and plan to expand Pastazerts locally and nationally.

Their synchronised love of pasta would lead them to update the pastry with ravioli and chocolate fettuccine, replacing their classic ingredients: durum wheat with organic cocoa powder dough.

The ravioli are sculpted with a peanut butter filling and are available in six flavours: Strawberry Cheesecake, PB&J, Fig, Mint and Piña Colada. The fettuccine are also dark chocolate and can be drizzled with strawberry or raspberry sauce.

We’re trying to be something different on the traditional dessert shelf,’ Berwick told Food Business News. Pastazerts is currently sold in select shops on the East Coast and in a few locations in New York, giving the option of eating them hot or cold. The important thing is to enjoy their sweetened dolce vita.
