This summer you will have one more reason to visit the exclusive resort Six Senses Ibiza, located north of the island. The well-known Israeli chef Yossi Shitrit has installed a pop up of his prestigious restaurant HIBA, in Tel Aviv, at Six Senses Ibiza until August 30th. Thus, those fortunate enough to try this exclusive collaboration will be able to enjoy HIBA’s renowned multi-sensory gastronomic experience, combined with fresh produce from the hotel complex’s farm.
For this special occasion, Yossi and his team have meticulously designed a seasonal menu, based on his restaurant’s most acclaimed dishes and adapted to the season and local produce. Diners will taste unique dishes such as Pumpkin seed cracker, topped with a spicy Chirshi cream; Tartlet with leek cream, smoked sweetbreads and black garlic; or fish sashimi with kiwi, fresh horseradish and wasabi leaves, topped with ponzu sauce made from green bell pepper juice. Each dish pays homage to the traditional flavors of Ibiza and the Mediterranean with all the essence of the Middle East.
“Our collaboration with Six Senses Ibiza is a celebration of the connection between food and nature,” explained chef Yossi Shitrit. “By using organic and fresh ingredients, we aim to create a culinary experience that not only delights the palate, but also nourishes the body and soul,” he added.
A ‘secret’ pop up only for the lucky few
The spectacular pop up will be located in one of the most exclusive areas of the resort, specifically in its Secret Bar, a unique setting within The Beach Caves, which offers incredible views of the best oceanfront.
This exclusive gastronomic experience will be available to a lucky few. Each session will have a capacity for a maximum of 12 guests, making it a unique and totally personalized evening.
