Called KOrto, this new proposal is composed of five passes that reflect 100% the culinary technique of chef Yong Wu Nagahira. In addition, this menu will be available from Monday to Friday at lunchtime for a price of 45 €.
And what will you be able to taste at KOrto? The menu includes a starter such as vegetable tempura, three classic nigiris or three fusion nigiris, including hamachi nigiri, butterfish nigiri with sweet miso flambé, marinated sardine nigiri, sundried tomato tapenade and black olives, panko and butter or scallop nigiri with foie gras, eel sauce, Maldon salt and spun egg. As well as a temaki of the day, where the chef will select the best alternative according to the market, with options such as classic tuna, negitoro or ikura with fried egg. The diner will also enjoy a dessert and drink.
