Xoel López is one of the leading singer-songwriters on the Spanish music scene. He has recently released his sixteenth album, Caldo Espirito, and a milestone of such calibre required a celebration to match. That is why Momus Cocktail Bar, located in the Chueca neighbourhood, has decided to create a cocktail inspired by the Galician singer’s new work.
The title of the album is a metaphor that combines the Galician and Italian languages, since “caldo” means “hot” in Italian, and “espírito” in Galician means “spirit”. For this occasion, Momus Cocktail Bar has managed to fuse this concept to perfection by making a cocktail that has been baptised with the same name as the album and is made from Mezcal Unión, Humo Licor, Pineapple and Cilantro, giving it a spicy, smoky, fruity and herbaceous touch.
This unique drink will be available at their premises at Calle San Bartolomé 11 (Madrid), during the whole month of October from Monday to Sunday.
