Coffee is more on trend than ever. If it was confirmed after the success of CoffeFest a few weeks ago, now it is again highlighted with the launch of a new product called Oleo Latte, an extra virgin olive oil specifically designed to emulsify milk and turn coffee into another level. Behind this invention is Ricardo Vélez, known as the cocoa chef, who has joined forces with the Almazaras de la Subbética cooperative to create this exclusive EVOO designed to provide a different gastronomic experience.

It is the first extra virgin olive oil designed exclusively to enrich latte coffee, which has been the result of many months of R&D work to find the perfect product…. It comes in a barista kit that includes, in addition to the bottle of AOVE Oleo Latte, a frother and a measuring spoon. As for the organoleptic characteristics of this oil, it has hints of apple, aromatic herbs, artichoke and the freshly picked almond tree alloza. In addition, it has a very pleasant spicy sensation and a floral and balanced point that gives it a lot of personality. It goes perfectly with all kinds of milks and vegetable drinks.
