Peggy Gou, the 31-year-old South Korean DJ, producer and fashion designer performed a few days ago at the Mallorca Live Festival, one of the most anticipated events of the Balearic Islands, and shared the stage with different renowned artists from the national and international scene such as The Chemical Brothers, Black Eyed Peas, Sven Väth, The Kooks, Vetusta Morla, Moderat or Natos y Waor.
On her day off, the Korean DJ visited some places in Palma de Mallorca, and as expected, she delved into the Mallorcan gastronomy. The place where Peggy Gou dined was Bar La Sang (Carrer d’Antoni Frontera, 24, 07004), one of the trendiest places in Palma, especially for those who love authentic wines.
In this relaxed and informal bar, created by young Swede Lukas Lundgren, they offer an extensive menu of national and international natural wines accompanied by different tapas of charcuterie or fresh dishes with vegetables and local meats and fish.
Peggy Gou attended with her friends and tasted some wines and dishes from the menu, including a toasted sourdough bread toast with Stracciatella di Burrata accompanied by Cantabrian anchovies, calibrated lemon peels, black pepper and local olive oil.
