From there, an extensive menu full of super appetizing dishes such as La Rusa, the brioche of cracklings, avonesa, cured payoyo cheese and truffle, the gazpachuelo malagueño with white shrimp or the Iberian prey with sweet wine sauce, fried almonds and crunchy carrot.
