Ibai Llanos, one of the most acclaimed internet personalities, wanted to share with his virtual community a new gastronomic experience in Naples. Despite being on a trip, he decided to continue entertaining his audience with a tour of different street food stalls under the premise: How much can I eat in Italy for €10?
With that budget, the streamer took to the streets of the Italian city to try a series of local sweet and savoury dishes set under that total price. Ibai started the street food challenge with a montanara, which is a fried pizza typical of the area. He continued the tour with a panini napoli: a kind of sandwich with potatoes and salami inside. But that wasn’t all, the savoury menu also included a fried pizza and a hot dog.
From there, Llanos moves on to ‘desserts’. For this, he chooses a Neapolitan doughnut, which, as he says in the video, is made with potato dough, to finish in style with a sfogliatelle: a puff pastry filled with sugar and ricotta cheese. Challenge achieved.
