Álvaro Lafuente Calvo has successfully returned to the scene after two years without touring. A hiatus in which the Valencian artist has been preparing his new album, of which he has already unveiled a hit called ‘Full time papi’, which explores the idea of total commitment, whether in a relationship, in a project or in songwriting, as in this case. Without half measures, the song is about throwing yourself into a passion as a means of understanding yourself and carving out your own place in the world’.

Ahead of his 2025 tour, the singer is conducting a series of interviews that give us a much deeper insight into this ‘mysterious’ character who somehow only gave us a glimpse of his musical talent.
In a new culinary episode of The Origin of Food, founder and host Clara Griffiths asks him about some of his favourite restaurants in Barcelona, as well as the bars or hotels he would take Timothée Chalamet to if they had a date.
When asked if her new song ‘Full time papi’ was a dish, Guitarrica replies that it would be macaroni from the Bonanova restaurant (@rtebonanova) in St. Gervasi. Then, the influencer takes the opportunity to ask the Valencian where he could eat a good paella in the city. And that place for him is the renowned restaurant La Bonaigua (@labonaigua) of the chef Victor Pardo.
Clara then curiously asks him where he would take Timothée Chalamet in Barcelona, to which he replies that he would go to the Xampanyet (@el_xampanyet) or to the temple of tapas Bar La Plata (@barlaplata); while if the setting were a hotel, that would be the AGRESTE by FABIO & ROSER (@restaurante_agreste).
