Dabiz Muñoz always surprises with his innovative culinary proposals and this time it was no less. The considered the World’s Best Chef 2022 according to The Best Chef Awards list, this time he has created “the cookie of his dreams”, and as he himself describes it is “the most addictive, surprising and pornographic cookie” he has ever made.
These are the spectacular cookies: XOCookie Fundente with green pistachio nuts, ruby chocolate, raspberries and peta zetas; and the XOCookie Fundente with chocolate-caramel, hazelnut cream and salted-caramel popcorn. Both creations will be available from Thursday exclusively at El GoXo, the home-delivery version of the famous chef from Madrid.
