The flashes of the Olympic gymnast continue to shine around the world with her gold medals and her performance at the Olympic Games in Paris. A trail that has led her to go viral and / or the internet has set its sights on her actions or her tastes; as happens with the culinary.

Simone Biles has declared on several occasions her love for food, revealing some guilty pleasures as her favorite fast food order: the cheeseburger from Whataburger. A food that she usually accompanies with fries, of which she declared that they were her ‘favorite thing in the world’. In this sense, the most decorated gymnast in the United States would even receive on the “Today” program a bouquet of fries.

The Olympic athlete has also spoken openly about her obsession with pizza, and sweets, which she regularly eats, such as ice cream or cookies when she feels like it.

However, due to her profession, Simone must follow a diet based on proteins, carbohydrates and nutritious foods. According to Tasting Table, lemon pepper salmon with rice and vegetables would be one of Biles’ favorite dishes that gives her energy to withstand her six or seven-hour workouts. In this sense, beyond proteins, boiled egg, chicken or salmon, she resorts to some carbohydrates such as pasta. She also sometimes takes dairy, mostly in the form of feta cheese in her salads. Biles is also known to drink protein shakes before and after training.
