The 2025 Super Bowl brought out onto the field countless food commercials, iconic music shows and controversially priced beverages for fans. Above all, there was one that got the spotlight, and that was the one known as ‘Vooodoo Magic‘ from the Caesars Superdome, which cost a whopping $59.

But what kind of magic or ingredients could this cocktail have had to command such a price? A combination of Don Julio 1942, Grand Marnier Cuvée du Centenaire, lime juice, jalapeño syrup and mango puree.
X users took it upon themselves to take their outrage online, offering opposing views on the drink. One user commented that ‘the game is not for real fans, but for celebrities,’ while another claimed that Don Julio 1942 usually costs $45 a shot at a steakhouse (in which case, it would be better to order it at Stage Door Casino, a Las Vegas joint that charges only $17 a shot).

The Voodoo Magic wasn’t the only Super Bowl concession with an outrageously high price tag, a $40 blackberry lemonade made with Crown Royal Blackberry and lemonade was also served.
