Rarely do we witness great figures of gastronomy together in the same place, however, on this occasion we have the privilege of seeing renowned chefs such as José Andrés, Ferrán Adrià, Albert Adrià, and Rafa Zafra dining at the Amar Barcelona restaurant, by Rafa Zafra, at the El Palace Barcelona hotel.
“Incredible and few words I have to define what it feels like to be able to cook for these 3 geniuses… proud to feel part of this great Bullilana family. I admire you and thank you for lighting our way!”, highlighted chef Rafa Zafra in his social networks.
“The 4 and the best team,” posted, on the other hand, the restaurant’s instagram account.
Although we have few details of this meeting of Bullinianos, (besides the projects that Ferrán Adrià is leading with elBulli1846), but we are sure that great things were schemed in it, and not for less, much we can expect from the talks of these four chefs (considered by many as members of the list of the best in the world).
What we do know is that chef José Andrés visited Spain and participated as a special guest in the commemoration of the 125th anniversary of the Borges food group, owned by the Pont family. The company’s event, Raíces de futuro, was attended by more than 300 guests from the country’s business and financial world.
