The echoes of the last Grammy Gala are still resounding with the stellar appearances of Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift’s record or Joni Mitchell’s performance. But, as in Tapas we always look at the gastronomic part, we have analyzed what was the menu that was served at the table of the guests. Reviewing the images of the Grammy gala, you can see the tables full of food with tables of cheeses and fruits of the most striking and copious.

These creations were the work of Silverlake Socialite, a company that prepares artisan charcuterie boards, cheeses, sweets and other options for large celebrations like this one.

A real cheese feast to enjoy the Grammys

Silverlake Socialite repeated again at this year’s Grammy Awards, after debuting in 2023 and seeing its business increase its sales considerably after an event of such magnitude. For this occasion, founder Lauren Delp decided to decorate the tables with tables that stood out for their color and variety. She gave great prominence to the cheeses, which were accompanied by a large number and variety of fruits (fresh and dried), some vegetables, nuts and other sweets.

A meticulous work that lasted for 15 hours prior to the gala and in which six people intervened. Of course, a banquet like this did not go unnoticed on social media. While most praised how good each table looked, many others analyzed why the guests didn’t take a bite and left the tables untouched.

On the Silverlake Socialite website you can see some examples of charcuterie, cheese and sweets boards that can be reserved similar to the one served at the Grammys, with prices ranging from $115 to $375, although those that include caviar can go up in cost to $735.
