After 25 years of success in Madrid, the restaurant Thai Garden by Arena Beach lands now in Menorca with a new location in Lago Resort Menorca, a true paradise located in the southwest of the island that, in addition to offering a stay full of calm, with all the Menorcan essence and in a unique environment, now will also make you travel to the heart of Thailand through the gastronomic proposal of the emblematic restaurant of Emilio Carcur.
Thai Garden is perfectly integrated in the Menorcan resort thanks to its decoration with lots of greenery, its Balinese beds and its spectacular views of the bay, creating a unique atmosphere while enjoying all the Thai flavors. “Gastronomy, ambience, art on the table, excellence in service and a touch of magic are the main ingredients of this recipe to transport our clients to this fascinating country, either back in their memories or yet to be discovered for many,” explains Carcur, emphasizing that Thai Garden more than a restaurant, “is a philosophy.”
What can you eat at Thai Garden by Arena Beach?
This restaurant is a festival of colors, flavors, aromas and textures throughout its menu. You will find classics such as Poh Phia or Thai-style spring rolls, other innovative proposals such as the reinterpretation of the Khung Sarong or prawn tails wrapped in fried rice paste, stuffed with tamarind and peanut. Without forgetting one of the emblems of traditional Thai gastronomy: its curries. In Thai Garden they serve it in trilogy format: yellow, light turmeric with chicken; red, Massaman style beef, soft and creamy; and green, with prawn tails in green curry, spicy with citrus flavors and aromas of Thai herbs.
To end on a high note, the dessert section includes Khao Niao Mamuang, a traditional recipe based on ripe mango, coconut milk and glutinous rice.
