Here at Tapas we’ve compiled the best plans to make the most of the weekend in Barcelona and indulge in hedonism between cultural and gastronomic experiences, festivals, events and museums. Grab your diary and take note of our weekly proposal.

FRIDAY 14TH

What better way to start the weekend than with a pop up by Evilgiane and Rojuu at Nevermind. From 6pm to 9pm, the artists will be presenting their first EP together, titled #62 STARZ, as well as activating dj sets by Julietta Ferrari & KANTI and setting up an exclusive merchandising and CD sale. The event is free, so you’ll have to sign up to their waiting list here to gain access. Where? Carrer dels Tallers, 68.

Then we’ll head to La Nau to connect with the frequency of TRISTÁN! and his mood of sadness and heartbreak. The musician presents himself as one of the great references of new wave music with his computer and his midi keyboard with which he expands the synth-futuristic sound that artists like Rusowsky, Ralphie Choo or Mori (from the Rusia Idk collective) introduced to the Madrid scene. SATURDAY 15TH

On Saturday we’ll be eating a fried chicken in Piel de Gallina. This exotic chicken bar is known for having elevated fried food to gourmet status through its journey that takes diners from Seoul to Lima with its flavours. Its menu offers six recipes made from organic chicken from the Empordà, with a crispy batter, inspired by the Korean double-frying technique. Each piece is seasoned with spices and ingredients, and combined with tasty artisan sauces.

In the afternoon, we’ll continue the party, but not before picking up an outfit at Viva Vintage Pop Up, which this time arrives in XXL format at the Potassi K19 art gallery. Its space will once again bring together a curated selection of vintage fashion, antiques and vinyls, among many other things. But this time in large doses.

As night falls, experience the new edition of NITSA CLUB at Apolo with VTSS – Drazzit – YOZY / Moonchild Sanelly live – Perel – Adrasha. There the legend of electronic clubbing, VTSS, headlines Nitsa with his chaotic mix of heavy techno and rave selections. If you haven’t got your pass yet, you can get it through DICE.

SUNDAY 16TH

La Bonaigua will be our Sunday morning plan. In this restaurant recognised by gastronomic critics and the locals, its chef Víctor Prado, who has worked for El Celler de Can Roca and Quique Dacosta, serves excellent market cuisine. With more than 25 years of experience, the legacy of this gastronomic space located in Sant Just Desvern has not stopped reinventing itself and evolving with outstanding dishes such as its lobster with fried eggs or its rice dishes.

After lunch, we will go to Manuelas at Razzmataz 2. The party created by and for women opens a safe space for the LGTB collective and everyone who wants to enjoy and dance without limits. The line up this time will be NÚRK, NAI OR YAY and DEMON. Get your ticket here.
