Here at Tapas we’ve compiled the best plans to make the most of the weekend in Barcelona and indulge in hedonism between cultural and gastronomic experiences, festivals, events and museums. Grab your diary and take note of our weekly proposal.

FRIDAY 27TH

This weekend we’ll be dressing up in some good urban outfits to attend Festival•B at the Parc del Fòrum. The festival arrives once again this year to showcase the musical trends and sounds of the moment, taking the pulse of the b-side of the current scene with artists who have made their mark on the national scene.

On Friday we will be able to dance and sing in unison with the indie elite made up of artists such as Sen Senra, Rusowsky and Cupido, with their songs of love and heartbreak that have become forever engraved in the music scene. If you still have a pass for the festi, get it here.

SATURDAY 28TH

On Saturday we will escape to the tropical paradise of Les Filles. On its terrace located very close to Passeig de Gràcia, surrounded by plants and vegetation, we will taste its healthy and sustainable cuisine based on proximity, ecology and eclecticism.

The restaurant’s menu draws on the diversity of Peruvian, Asian, Italian and Indian cuisine with dishes such as its sea bass ceviche, its Thai green curry and its rigatoni with pistachio pesto. Other of the restaurant’s great recommendations are its wild salmon burger and its pumpkin sponge cake.

In the afternoon, we will once again enjoy Festival-B, which will resonate with memorable performances by Sticky M.A., Mushka, Cruz Cafuné, La Zowi, Abhir or Soto Asa: some of the most representative and relevant figures of the national urban scene.

SUNDAY 29TH

On Sunday we will slow down to rest and discover one of the most promising openings in the city: Mina Barcelona. It is a restaurant that combines Mediterranean tradition with an Italian touch, accompanied by a careful selection of natural wines from all over the world.

In the dining room are Riccardo, Oliviero and Jacopo, lifelong friends and schoolmates. Since we were kids, we cooked together with our mums in Italy, and after many experiences, we decided to open Mina to share our passion for ‘mangiare bene’. Meanwhile, her kitchen is co-managed by Federico and Lorenzo, who join forces to create magic with every recipe that gives rise to dishes such as her leek confit with pishtaco or her scarpetta.

We will close the weekend with another novelty, but this time cinematographic. We will go to see Tim Burton’s new film, ‘Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’. Here is the synopsis of this remastered cult classic, in case you are interested.

After an unexpected family tragedy, three generations of the Deetz family return to Winter River. Lydia’s life, still haunted by Bitelchús, is turned upside down when her rebellious teenage daughter, Astrid, discovers the mysterious model of the city in the attic and the portal to the Beyond is accidentally opened. With trouble brewing in both realms, it’s only a matter of time before someone calls Bitelchus‘ name three times and the mischievous demon returns to unleash his own mayhem.’ (FILMAFFINITY)
