This creative studio redefines culinary creativity and experiential design by transcending the boundaries of gastronomy, fashion, design and contemporary art with immersive culinary experiences presented in unusual spaces.
STUDIØ 27 (@studio27_experience) was born as a response to the growing demand for the culinary talent of Paul-Antoine Bertin and Nathan Gullentops, the chef duo who met while working together at Ötap restaurant in 2017. As requests for floral arrangements, event set-ups and creative ideas multiplied, they recognized the potential of creating this project with which to merge their passion for food with elements of scenography and design.
To meet this demand, they assembled a team of skilled professionals, including designers, architects, florists and set designers, to tailor each event to the client’s preferences.
They all connect their visions and identities in different experimental projects or installations with which to create meaningful connections for renowned brands such as Massimo Dutti (with “Profirst”), Repetto, Coperni, Evian and Renaissance Shop, and Courrèges (after show with “Le Fooding”), as well as with private clients.
The inspiration for STUDIØ 27 thus comes from the world of fashion, design, customs and the talents of friends and architects, which form a stimulating base from which to develop culinary concepts that are stimulating for diners.
