Food guru Stanley Tucci once again collaborates with the famous mineral water brand to bless his followers with an Italian classic: a cheesecake made entirely of cheese.
The duo thus joins forces to sculpt a four-tiered holiday cheesecake featuring four different cheeses, all sourced from Murray’s Cheese, a popular New York artisanal cheese store and online retailer. In addition, all of them have been selected by Tucci.
The tart in question stands out for its combination of textures and flavors, with three layers of Murray’s Cheese: the La Tur, which stands out for its acidity, the Mini Brie for its mild earthiness, and the rich, buttery flavor of the Cave Aged Reserve Cornelia, topped with the savory Buonatavola Provolone.
The cake is designed to feed 8 to 12 people, making it perfect for any holiday banquet or party. Fans will be able to order it starting November 11 for $85 through Murray’s website.
