In keeping with its plant-based philosophy, the international burger sensation is partnering with Michelin-starred institution Ikoyi to present an exclusive gourmet menu in the UK.
The culinary duo of chef Jeremy Chan and Iré Hassan-Odukale has positioned Ikoyi as a clear benchmark on the London culinary scene for its fusion of West African cuisine with British gastronomy.
The ‘tasting’ menu they have jointly designed will include the Ikoyi burger with traditional cheese with fried buffalo sweetbreads, spicy relish, Efo spice emulsion and grilled mustard greens on a miso seed potato bun. As a ‘side’, the collaboration proposes Dark Beer Fondue fries dressed with lemon thyme, garlic and penja pepper cheese sauce and sliced negi onion.
This limited edition culinary experience will be available at Covent Garden only during October 13.
