The small Californian omakase place where all the Hollywood stardom meets, defined by many as ‘the best sushi in L.A.’, has just crossed the ocean to settle in the city of love. Saint Laurent is the brand that has directed this great movement in the scene with which Anthony Vaccarello brings the delicate proposal of chef Peter Park to Paris.

Following a collaborative pop-up in 2022, the Maison is installing the first permanent Sushi Park Paris in the basement of its boutique on rue Saint-Honoré. Opening its doors on 21 February 2025, the restaurant will offer an intimate tasting experience of masterfully crafted seasonal Japanese cuisine.

Its refined menu will elevate Japanese gastronomy to haute couture through dishes centred on fish as an essential ingredient with ingredients such as bull tuna, salmon or sea bream; accompanied by refined cocktails and desserts that we will be able to discover at a later date.

Peter Park‘s proposal will also be presented on minimalist tableware designed exclusively by ceramist Professor Kim for Rive Droite. Find out more about SUSHI PARK PARIS x YSL on the restaurant’s official website.
