The success of Relleno has now led him to satisfy the demand of his fans, and to open a new location in the 13th floor of the Mercado de San Leopoldo. This will also allow it to expand its delivery service, which will be extended to the northern area of Madrid.

The Relleno experience, and the art of ravioli that they profess, can now be enjoyed from this open stage just 8 months after the debut of their original. In that time, they have gone viral with dishes such as their boletus ravioli with gorgonzola and walnuts, ricotta and lemon ravioli with burrata and pistachio pesto or their burrata stuffing with amatriciana. This innovative restaurant is also known for other milestones such as its collaboration with Brazilian footballer Vinicius.

Specialising in take-away and delivery formats, it has developed avant-garde methods to ensure that each dish arrives at home perfectly. It offers a wide variety of dishes with an Italian guarantee, and all its combinations can be customised. All its raw materials have a seal of quality of Italian origin, prioritising the results of category within the reach of all the public.

Relleno thus transcends the stereotype of the traditional trattoria to offer an innovative approach to gastronomy, adapting its dishes to the local flavours and preferences of each region or country in which it operates; preserving Italian quality and authenticity, but with a contemporary twist adapted to the modern consumer.
