Cognac and hip hop are once again synchronised on the same frequency based on the dissolution of a ‘youthful’ golden straw-coloured spirit.
The former Migos member presents one of the first white cognacs available in the US to challenge the establishment, as he puts it in his own words: ‘What I love about White X is that it’s a totally different experience than any other kind of cognac. I’m a big believer in challenging the status quo, and I think that’s the role of white cognac. White X is for those who are not afraid to change things, to push themselves and to celebrate their achievements. It’s the drink they’ve been waiting for. On its own or in a cocktail, White X is smooth and easy to drink: a reward for effort.’
The first 100 bottles of White X produced in collaboration with Quavo will be available through BlockBar from 7 February for $60. It will also then be distributed around Atlanta through clubs, bars and restaurants, as well as being available in local shops.
