If you are lucky enough to be able to attend this year’s cult festival in Barcelona, there are a number of things to consider, beyond the outfits and the music programme. Food and drink will also be essential to complete and stimulate the festival experience. So where will you be able to eat during the 22nd edition of Primavera Sound?

From 29 May to 2 June 2024 the festival will be vibrating at high voltage with a line-up made up of artists of the calibre of Lana del Rey, 070 Shake, Pulp, Justice, Vampire Weekend, SZA, Charli XCX, Amaarae, Peggy Gou and ARCA.

There, in the Parc del Fòrum, in addition to the music of our era, there will also be plenty of stands and food trucks where you can eat your fill between shows. In addition, PS also reflects in the culinary line-up the same diversity that surrounds and represents the festival; synchronising in the same proposal classics with new trends that vary between the local and the global.

Diverse and sustainable menu

For the next edition, the festival has teamed up with Verbena Foodie Events to continue reinforcing its spirit of greatest hits of Barcelona: great culinary phenomena of the city that will coexist in the same venue based on sustainability and respect for the environment. Thus, all the cutlery and crockery will be compostable, and seasonal and local products will be used to reduce the environmental impact.

From the creative omelettes of The Fish and Chips Shop to the gourmet milanesas of Chalito, the award-winning pizzas of Grosso Napoletano, the legendary burgers of Vicio in its exclusive Burger Club or the five-star bikinis of Rocambolesc. All these restaurants will come together to debunk the myth that you can’t eat well at festivals.

In the fast food arena, beyond VICIO, La Porca, Filete Ruso and Hamburguesa Nostra will be serving their succulent burgers, along with pizzas from Garden Pizza, Funky Pizza, Squadra Pizza Lab, L’Artesana and Una Pizza.

The culinary eclecticism will also vibrate with the dumplings of Lady Dumpling, the empanadas of Las Muns, the onigiris of Omu or the African cuisine of Abarka; but it will also include vegetarian and vegan options and food intolerances.

Although practically all the stands and food trucks will have alternatives on their menus, on the site you will find the Better Festival stand where Better Balance will serve its 100% vegetable protein of the highest quality, specifically plant based points such as Quinoa, Rasoterra and Gallo Santo or the gluten free corner of M2.

Finally, ice creams from Gogo and Guapaletas, vegan doughnuts from Cuvo and açaí bowls from Oakberry will satisfy the sweet tooth of the festival, to be paired with drinks from Estrella Damm, Organics, Red Bull and Pepsi, partners of Primavera Sound for yet another edition.
