Barcelona’s mixology paradise now moves to Dubai’s FIVE LUXE hotel to mark a milestone with its first international bar. At Paradiso Dubai visitors will be able to enjoy the exclusive and creative cocktails of Paradiso founder Giacomo Gianotti, as well as the traditional tapas created by chef David Gil Rovira to complete their surrealist-inspired experience.

The internationalisation of Paradiso is a major milestone for us. We are proud to see how in a very short time we have made great progress, reaching new corners and cities. Still, we remain very ambitious and eager to show the world why people value what we do and offer at Paradiso so highly. We are really very excited and enormously satisfied with these new projects and the big step forward for Paradiso’, says Giacomo Giannotti about Paradiso’s global expansion.

The new space, inspired by the circus and the surrealist universe and romantic gothicism of Tim Burton, is set in a privileged location overlooking the renowned Palm Jumeirah and the Persian Gulf, and has an area of more than 200m2. From there they will serve their carefully curated selection of Giannotti’s signature cocktails including great classics and iconic Paradiso cocktails such as the Great Gatsby, Kryptonite, Mediterranean Treasure and The Cloud.

In addition, they have created exclusive cocktails for the venue itself, which evoke the décor and style of Paradiso Dubai, diluting the magic and illusionism in expressions such as the Ghillottina and Magic Wizard.

Gastronomic offer

Paradiso‘s culinary proposal has been designed by David Gil Rovira, the chef with long experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, who brings his passion for Spanish cuisine to every dish. His dishes include Wagyu Air Paide, truffle Brioche and duck croquette. In addition, grill lovers will delight in his aubergine dish with Octavin sauce and almonds, as well as roasted Portobello mushrooms with Parmesan, both highlighting Mediterranean flavours.

The sweet icing on the magical experience will come in the form of desserts such as apricot cheesecake, Pain Perdu (French Toast) with vanilla caramel, marshmallow with lemon cake and meringue puffs.
