The heat arrives and with it comes our desire for sand, sea, enjoyment and relaxation. All of this can be experienced from the NOBU Hotel Ibiza Bay, which has a privileged location, views of the coast, elegant decoration and excellent gastronomy.
This hotel is located in a privileged and unbeatable location in front of the bay of Talamanca (Carrer de Ses Feixes, 52), from where the Mediterranean becomes a visible background from every corner of the hotel. Moreover, you can walk to the Marina Botafoc marina, one of the best points on the island for boat trips to Formentera and the most unspoilt coves, just five minutes from the old town of Dalt Vila.
NOBU, Japanese haute cuisine
Nobu is the Nikkei restaurant, a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, of the Japanese Chef, Nobu Matsuhisa, together with his partners, the actor Robert de Niro and the American film producer Meir Teper.
The proposal full of classics made in NOBU is exquisite. Among this season’s dishes you will find dishes such as Lemon Fish with Jalapeño, Lobster Salad with Spicy Lemon Dressing, Tuna Belly Tataki with Yuzu Miso and Jalapeño Sauce, Grilled Octopus with Miso Anticucho or Carabinero with Shiso Sauce. Be sure to try the Santandagi with pistachio, chocolate and almonds or the Strawberry Cheesecake. The cocktail bar is worth a mention, and there is a wide selection of wines, sakes and Japanese whiskies.
The whole menu breathes that fusion of Japanese-Peruvian cuisine that you can enjoy in any of its 4 atmospheres: by the pool, at the sushi bar, in the dining room or in the lounge bar. From the latter, our favourites are the Black Miso Cod and the Lobster Tempura with Tamari Honey Sauce. They took our breath away.
CHAMBAO, fish and rice dishes with a view of the sea
Chambao is a more relaxed restaurant, more like a beach bar but with a select clientele and a very cool atmosphere. Its offer is really varied and you can enjoy a wide variety of spectacular breakfast and lunch options right on the beach, with a sugar-free, gluten-free and lactose-free menu, as well as vegan options.
Their Andalusian gazpacho with local products is outstanding: pear tomatoes from the Mediterranean coast, cucumber and fresh sprouts. The tempura of lobster, cod and asparagus tempura with an emulsified Mediterranean citrus sauce and homemade Ibizan lemon marmalade is delicious. Unbeatable salt fish, salmon and cod loin cooked at low temperature, accompanied by sweet roots, gremolata and kafir lime butter and honey. Enjoy its paellas by the beach and its menu of homemade desserts with local products.
Our recommendations are the lemon fish ceviche with tiger’s milk, lime, kefir, mango, avocado, cured onion and coriander and the braised artichoke hearts with a cloud of idiazabal goat’s cheese, truffle slices, pink pepper and thyme.

In addition, to reinforce the commitment to the local community and environmental conservation, one euro from each bill – from rooms and restaurants – will be donated to the Ibiza Preservation Fund.
NOBU Hotel Ibiza Bay is one of those special places, where everyone flows and feels their space, with the right balance between enjoyment and relaxation.
