Krispy Kreme has teamed up with Pop-Tarts for the first time to launch what could become one of millennials’ favourite sweet treats: doughnuts featuring Pop-Tarts with frosted strawberry, chocolate, and frosted brown sugar and cinnamon.
The Krispy Kreme x Pop-Tarts Crazy Good Doughnuts collection includes three updated versions of the hit doughnut chain’s culinary archive, starting with Frosted Strawberry Doughnut Pop-Tarts: strawberry-filled doughnuts, dipped in shortbread icing and shortbread bits, sugar sprinkles with a strawberry filling, and Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tarts Pop-Tarts Bites.
The collaborative capsule is joined by Pop-Tarts Frosted Chocolate Fudge Doughnut: doughnuts dipped in chocolate glaze, topped with brownie batter-flavoured buttercream, bits of Pop-Tarts Frosted Chocolate Fudge Bites and a piece of Pop-Tarts Frosted Strawberry Bites. Completing the collection are Frosted Brown Sugar Cinnamon Doughnut Pop-Tarts: cinnamon sugar doughnuts topped with brown sugar cinnamon cream cheese flavoured buttercream and a piece of Frosted Cinnamon Roll Pop-Tarts Pop-Tarts Bites.
The Krispy Kreme x Pop-Tarts collection is now available in shop and on the Krispy Kreme website. They can be purchased individually, in boxes of 6 packs and in boxes of a dozen, depending on the need you have.
