Netflix to open a pop up restaurant with its most famous chefs

The first Netflix restaurant will open on a temporary basis starting June 30 in Los Angeles, serving the creations of the platform's most renowned chefs.

Netflix has just announced that it will open its first restaurant on June 30. Although it is a pop up restaurant, for its debut in the world of hospitality the streaming platform will count on the most recognized chefs of its programs. The restaurant is called Netflix Bites and will be located at the Short Stories Hotel in Los Angeles.

One of the chefs participating in this initiative, Iron Chef’s Curtis Stone, said, “Bringing my love of food to people all over the world is one of the biggest thrills of my life, but this screen-to-table experience of giving fans a taste of what’s happening on camera is just awesome.”

Now more than ever you can literally gorge yourself on the best Netflix has to offer. It will be an exclusive gastronomic experience with dishes from world-renowned chefs who have passed through different formats of the platform. Thus, in addition to Curtis Stone (Iron Chef), diners will also be able to taste dishes by Dominique Crenn (Chef’s Table), Ming Tsai (Iron Chef), Nadiya Hussain (Nadiya Bakes), Ann Kim (Chef’s Table), Rodney Scott (Chef’s Table), Jacques Torres (Nailed It!) and Andrew Zimmern (Iron Chef). A whole show of flavors and fusions that will turn Netflix Bites into a movie evening.

They will also feature top Drink Masters bartenders, including Frankie Solarik, Julie Reiner, LP O’Brien and Kate Gerwin, to round out the menu with custom craft cocktails.

On the other hand, Netflix Bites will also combine the gastronomic talent of its chefs with other live experiences it has previously organized with some of its most famous series, such as The Queen’s Ball: A Bridgerton Experience, Stranger Things: The Experience or La Casa de Papel.

At the moment they have not revealed what the menu or the menu of this pop up restaurant will consist of, but they have already opened reservations through their website. Netflix Bites will be open from 5pm to 10pm every day of the week, while on Saturdays and Sundays it will offer a brunch menu from 10am to 2pm.
