Nespresso debuts with a range of honey products

Its ‘Bloom’ range is devised to be combined with coffees or teas, generating nuances in those liquid expressions as a great alternative to processed sugar that can add an extra touch to every sip.

The trend or mixture between coffee and honey, which has been gaining ground in recent years due to its lower glycemic index and floral notes, has thus been versioned by Nespresso based on sustainable cultivation practices and environmentally friendly regenerative agriculture.

Our golden honey is the tangible result of this virtuous circle, harvested on the same farms as your Master Origins Colombia coffee. Its notes of caramel and vanilla with a velvety texture combine harmoniously with your Nespresso coffee.’

The honey line, launched in Nespresso Boutiques in New York and San Francisco ahead of its nationwide launch on August 21, will consist of two products: the ‘Coffee Blossom Honey,’ a raw honey that has a ‘delicate floral flavor and soft velvety notes of caramel and vanilla.’ The second is the honey syrup, which combines raw honey with Nespresso coffee made to mix easily with beverages or drizzle on sweets such as pancakes.
