MSCHF sculpts a cocktail in the shape of a diamond

Have you ever wondered what a diamond tastes like?

For Valentine’s Day, MSCHF, the Brooklyn-based experimental collective known for subverting popular culture through art, fashion or technology collaborated with cocktail bar Double Chicken Please to put a luxurious twist on the classic Bijou cocktail, with a 0.75 ct lab-grown diamond in a sterling silver band, wrapped in hard candy.

Inspired by the classic cocktail, the name Bijou means ‘jewel’ in French, which is reflected in its ingredients. Each of them represents a different gemstone: Gin (Diamond), Sweet Vermouth (Ruby) and Green Chartreuse (Emerald).
