Mómö teams up with chef Hugo Muñoz to make kebab more sophisticated

The emerging ‘kebab not kebabs’ venue teams up with the starred chef to produce a special limited edition creation.

Mómö x Hugo Muñoz, the renowned chef who has revolutionised the capital with his Japanese-inspired restaurant Ugo Chan had already advised the opening of the gourmet kebab which opened its doors just two months ago.

This stellar collaboration, unveiled via an animated video on Instagram, will see the launch of 200 unique kebabs that will be served on 3 and 4 June only; generating huge buzz around this gourmet iteration of the Turkish dish. The kebab will now even receive an extra sophistication under the seal of haute cuisine, transcending its traditional recipe.

These ‘ceci n’est pas un kebab’ with viral projection signed by Hugo Muñoz can thus be tasted in Mómö’s aestheticised space set in a metro carriage, located at 9 Hartzenbusch Street.
