The British actress is doing interviews and shows as part of the promotional campaign for her new Netflix movie ‘The Electric State’. During the tour, Millie Bobby Brown, apart from talking about the project, has cooked up another kind of mouth-watering content: a paella for Vogue, along with her favourite drink.

The performer’s perfect dinner consists of a twist on one of the great mixology classics, the Shirley Temple, but in a mocktail version. In other words, without the alcoholic component.

‘I grew up in the industry always going to fancy dinners and meeting fancy people, and to feel fancy myself, I would order a Shirley Temple,’ the Stranger Things star explained. ‘And now that I’m grown up and 21, my preference is always going to be a Shirley Temple.’

The best part? It only takes four ingredients to make a Shirley Temple. We wanted to give you Brown’s exact recipe, though. Take note.

In a tall glass over ice, Brown pours a splash of grenadine before squeezing fresh lime juice from a wedge. Although the base of this drink is usually ginger ale, she opts for Sprite, filling the glass to the top, then garnishes it with the squeezed lime wedge and a maraschino cherry. The final touch is to stir the drink and taste it. Doesn’t it look good,’ he exclaims. ‘And guess what this doesn’t do? It leaves you questioning everything you did the night before. Always choose Shirley’.
