The party was staged over New York’s exclusive Cathédrale restaurant, where the ‘Stranger Things’ star celebrated her 20th birthday surrounded by love and loved ones.
Her guests were reserved a long table in a private room at the restaurant inside the Moxy East Village hotel, Brown’s Instagram reads. A space decorated with concert posters and silkscreens, along with large balloons that read ‘twenty’ and floral arrangements just served up the romance on the table.
In this emblematic restaurant, which literally evokes the grandeur of a cathedral, chef Jason Hall is in charge of enhancing the classic French-Mediterranean cuisine, painting a picture of the coastal gastronomy of the south of France with touches of Italy, Spain and Greece. From all this fusion, he dilutes a succulent menu that Brown would enjoy with her fiancé and his friends.
Brown wore for this special occasion a white strapless dress and an elegant updo in her hair, paired with her vintage-inspired, flirty vanilla layer cake with frosting, decorated with black piping and bows.
