Milk Bar sweetens the new Converse

The collaboration features refreshing pastry-centric designs.

The Converse rotation now introduces a new collaborative piece of culinary flair to its display. And it does so with the help of famed New York pastry chef Christina Tosi, owner of Milk Bar.

Framed in the brand’s ‘Converse by You‘ experience, one of the ‘Chuck Taylor All Stars’ is dressed in black with the ‘Milk’ logo on the base. A white version with cookies, cakes and candies printed on the canvas also coexists in the collection, as well as others in the same tone decorated with colored shavings, with the ‘Milk’ embroidery in pink.

The sneakers are released as part of Milk Bar‘s ‘Sweet 16‘ celebration of the year, which pays tribute to the first Milk Bar patisserie, opened in 2008 as part of David Chang’s Momofuku in New York’s East Village.

The Milk Bar x Converse capsule is priced at around €80, depending on silhouette, and is available now at converse.com.
