All the spotlight is now on Stephen Curry, not only for having secured the fifth consecutive gold medal for the United States team during the Olympic Games in Paris, but also for having activated with his stellar performance the most sarcastic McDonald’s mode.

After the impact that the famous basketball player has had around the world thanks to his decisive contribution to the 98-87 victory over France, with 24 points, the fast food chain wanted to take advantage of that infinite echo by publishing a post with a photo of its curry sauce, announcing that it could withdraw it from its menu.

As if it were a meme, McDonald’s France commented on the packaging photo: ‘For obvious reasons, we are considering withdrawing this sauce.’ The sauce, which is not available in the U.S., is described as a ‘sweet and spicy flavored sauce with a fruity apricot flavor and delicate spices.’

‘For 4 years minimum,’ added the restaurant in the publication with which it managed to go viral globally instantly.
