The first European pop-up of ‘Casa Margiela‘ lands ephemerally in the capital until October 20. Throughout these days, the firm will pay tribute to its ‘Replica‘ fragrance collection, which harmoniously encapsulate special moments in life.
Inside the minimalist house of Maison Margiela, a tour is traced through different spaces that define the aromas of the Maison: Lazy Sunday Morning, Jazz Club, By the Fireplace and Beach Walk. In them, the visitor enters into experiences with which to activate all the senses.
In the G69 installation, located at 11 Barquillo Street, the Belgian fashion brand reflects its experimental and conceptual character based on its perfumes, evoking the nostalgia of recalling special memories that reside in the memory.
In addition to the olfactory workshops that will take place, Casa Margiela includes a specialty coffee shop where they serve free coffee in a glass sealed with the brand’s logo. The drink can be combined with mini-macarons also sheathed in the Margiela identity.
The pop-up also displays other facilities such as a room with a bed on the floor, and a wall of cushions; and continues with a living room with a fireplace and a jazz room with a bar where you can drink your coffee with vinyls in the background.
