The luxury brand is designing an exclusive lounge, located above its boutique in Qatar Duty Free, as it continues to expand its partnership with three-star Michelin chef Yannick Alléno.
This contemporary lounge-restaurant, sheathed in the aesthetic imaginary of the Maison and its travel heritage, displays an exotic garden decorated with different artistic expressions such as the Quetzal birds from the atelier, as well as some of the latest pieces from the ‘Objets Nomades’ collection: from the luminous totem pole by Atelier Biagetti or the Cosmic table by Raw Edges, to the Bell lamps by Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby.
The “multilingual” restaurant of Yannick Alléno
Louis Vuitton continues to explore the intersection between luxury and gastronomy through the culinary creations of Yannick Alléno. The world-renowned chef will thus delight all visitors through an innovative menu of avant-garde specialties that puts the focus on local ingredients, French favorites and international fare, along with dishes that prioritize different dietary needs.
In the middle of this space surrounded by greenery, and illuminated under a dim light, you can enjoy from breakfast to brunch, among various options such as Parisian viennoiseries, local pastries, hot sandwiches, trays of smoked fish, caviar or pastries.
Visitors will be able to choose between lighter creations or starters, and dishes representing Alléno’s inspired cuisine, such as langoustine carpaccio with geranium essence, lamb shoulder confit flavored with yuzu or rice pilaf with dried fruits and spices. Gastronomic works that can be tasted à la carte or in a tasting menu composed of several dishes.
This modern lounge signed by Louis Vuitton, which will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, will provide an elevated experience for travelers who want to experience luxury before flying.
