The chef pâtissier of Norman origin brings his contemporary compositions to China in what will be the first luxury chocolate store in the country. The maison installs its new high-end chocolate shop in the Taikoo Li Qiantan shopping mall, wrapped in its design codes and the aesthetics that represent the brand.
The interior of the chocolate shop evokes a tropical garden in which to escape among wooden trunk displays that structure the entire space in the shape of a monogram petal. LV’s mascot, Vivienne, and the lion Petula are placed in the center of the store to give it that playful twist.
In its displays, the collections of chocolates stamped with Vuitton motifs are presented, shipped directly from Paris, where the highest quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail are guaranteed for the product.
Chef Frédéric released a statement about this extension of LV’s chocolate universe, which opened its doors today, July 23: ‘We want to be inspired by the local culture and lifestyle. In the future, we will certainly bring some customized creations for Shanghai, such as for Chinese New Year. It is also important to share the happiness and joy of these exquisite chocolate delicacies. Because the most important ingredient of a piece of chocolate is love’.
