Llama Inn celebrates Christmas with new ‘peruyorkin’ delights

The sophisticated restaurant, which has been hailing Peruvian haute cuisine in New York since 2015, has also been garnering culinary accolades at its Madrid location for the past two years; captivating visitors with its cuisine that glimpses Peruvian cultural richness through creative techniques and modern influences.

This Christmas, the Peruvian restaurant presents a gastronomic proposal that combines the best of Peruvian tradition with an innovative twist on his ‘peruyorkino’ concept.

Llama Inn will serve a unique experience designed by chef Bruno Herce and his team, featuring dishes such as a dessert inspired by chicha morada and Japanese slushies. This will feature lime and yuzu citrus ice cream, lemon-lime marshmallow, a chicha morada syrup -a nod to the emblematic flavors of Peru- and kataifi paste toasted in butter and cinnamon.
