This Christmas, the Peruvian restaurant presents a gastronomic proposal that combines the best of Peruvian tradition with an innovative twist on his ‘peruyorkino’ concept.
Llama Inn will serve a unique experience designed by chef Bruno Herce and his team, featuring dishes such as a dessert inspired by chicha morada and Japanese slushies. This will feature lime and yuzu citrus ice cream, lemon-lime marshmallow, a chicha morada syrup -a nod to the emblematic flavors of Peru- and kataifi paste toasted in butter and cinnamon.
