José Andrés is one of the most mediatic Spanish chefs and we have already seen him in numerous programs, documentaries and specials, both on television and streaming platforms. If last year he already toured Spain with his daughters to know the culinary ins and outs of our country, with the HBO program, José Andrés and family in Spain, now the Prime Video platform has announced a special of the Asturian chef that will premiere next March 19.
Entitled Dinner Party Diaries with José Andrés, it is a half-hour program that will be released in different countries through Prime Video and Amazon Freevee (in the United States and the United Kingdom). In this special program, the Asturian chef will invite different celebrities to eat and talk. In this way, celebrities such as Jamie Lee Curtis, Bryan Cranston and O’Shea Jackson Jr. will visit José Andrés’ kitchen to lend him a hand in the kitchen and prepare Spanish-influenced recipes, while exchanging anecdotes.
According to the platform, the special will celebrate the joy of cooking together and will focus on how food is a source of hope, in a clear reference to the chef’s work with his NGO World Central Kitchen. In addition, the show will be dynamic and very entertaining, as there will be large doses of improvisation and spontaneity, as well as instructive culinary tips and information.
